Itinerary Planning Service

Visiting college campuses is an important part of the college application process. The diversity of colleges can be quite varied and many times students are unable to predict what sizes, settings, and other factors are truly important to them. Also, often families miss colleges nearby others that they plan to visit. Galin Education works with families to ensure that students get the most out of a college visit and to coordinate multiple visits into one trip. Galin Education will:

• Research campuses to visit in a particular area
• Coordinate family (or families) schedules
• Plan travel arrangements
• Schedule tours, info sessions, and interviews
• Provide information about classes to visit and campus attractions
• Promote local attractions that college students frequent
• Confirm appointments, determine directions, upgrade accommodations (if applicable)
• Prep students with college info, questions to ask, and things to observe

Cost: $750 per itinerary (plus the cost of transportation, pre-paid meals, and lodging).*

*Note: itineraries can be used for multiple families – if families wish to travel together, but have slight modifications in itinerary, Galin Education can help with those changes for a nominal fee.
